Holly Webb, LMFT
My office provides a safe and supportive environment where you can freely share your thoughts and feelings without any fear of being judged. I listen with an open mind, answer questions honestly, and participate actively. My goal is to be an understanding and trustworthy partner in the process of creating positive life changes. We will work together to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and find satisfying solutions.
I work with people experiencing grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, relationship issues, life transitions, addiction and substance use disorders.
I use evidenced based therapies and develop an approach that works best with the individual, couple or family. Interventions from Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapies (CBT and DBT respectively), Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and other therapies are utilized to meet unique needs. My years of experience working in chemical dependency treatment centers lends myself to supporting those who seek sobriety, have a family member with an addiction, or partnerships struggling as a result of a substance disorder.
I received a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, with a specialization in Addiction Studies.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I managed large information technology projects for the Utility Industry.Since, I have specialized working with men, women and their families in substance use treatment centers. I also provide oversight to series of programs for a health system supporting low income and homeless medi-cal patients.
